Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator to support project managers and team members with daily project activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, organizational, and time-management skills and be willing to learn project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with daily project activities.

• Track project tasks, timelines, and deadlines.

• Schedule meetings and send meeting invitations.

• Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.

• Maintain project documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

• Communicate with team members regarding project updates.

• Help prepare project status reports and presentations.

• Monitor task completion and report delays to the project manager.

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of project coordination and project management.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
