Our team builds customer trust through transparency and technical expertise. In this highly collaborative and visible role, you will partner with security, presales, sales, and account teams to explain our security posture, support incident communications, and help prepare teams for challenging customer conversations. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
  • Direct experience developing and delivering training or educational content related to incident response, security awareness, or other cybersecurity topics.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including presales, sales, and customer account teams, to clearly explain the organization's security posture.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing communications during security events or incidents, including partnering with account teams on sensitive or challenging customer calls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g., incident response, security operations, public relations).
  • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and exercise high judgment under pressure.
  • Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
