Summary

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 - depending on experience

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Recommends equipment and processes for efficient, cost effective, promote quality and improve reliability.
  • Assess current equipment and processes, make recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment, processes.
  • Develop, implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality and efficiency
  • Report on results
  • Project plan development and presentation, follow-up, tracking progress
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelors? Degree with Engineering Certificate required
  • 4 to 6 years manufacturing engineering experience, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid working knowledge and hands on experience with concepts and principles
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
