Overview:
Location: Albany, NY - Remote with travel
Salary: $130,000 - $155,000

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support provider procurement for our NYS client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in large healthcare systems. 

Duties:  

• Document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module RFP 

• Assess current state provider business processes and translate current start into future state business processes or requirements 

• Perform market research and provide insights into provider management systems and business processes across the country 

• Draft Provider module key performance indicators and measurable business outcomes 

• Facilitates meetings with client stakeholders to solicit stakeholder feedback on requirements and RFP content 

• Assist with developing an implementation strategy and timeline to implement a provider management module 

• Develop bidder questions based on the RFP scope and requirements 

• Develops high quality and grammatically correct RFP content 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree 

• 12+ years of demonstrated intensive and progressive IT Business Analyst experience 

• 2+ years of experience developing and/or managing business requirements and business processes to support the implementation of a Provider Management module. 

• 2+ years of experience working on large healthcare system project 

• PMP and/or CBAP 

Desirable Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree 

• Business Process Certifications such as: Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, Kanban, etc. 

• Technical Certifications such as: ITIL Service Management, Comp TIA certifications, Oracle, Microsoft. Cisco, AWS, certifications, or areas such as IT Governance, IT Auditing, IT Risk Management, etc.
