Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Online & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online administration, workflow automation, and intranet development along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve productivity.

• Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesign, development, and testing.

• Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate workflows.

• Develop Power Automate flows to streamline repetitive manual tasks.

• Implement approval workflows, Outlook email integration, and SharePoint list connectivity within automated processes.

SharePoint Online Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint Online intranet solutions, including hub sites aligned with organizational needs.

• Migrate content from legacy content management systems (e.g., Drupal) to SharePoint Online.

• Administer SharePoint environments including site collections, permissions, libraries, and lists.

• Maintain and optimize SharePoint security, governance, and permissions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.

• Implement best practices for security, data governance, and compliance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.

• Create documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).

• Minimum 5+ years experience designing automated workflows and business process automation.

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online development, administration, and intranet design.

• Experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments.

• Expertise in SharePoint permissions, site configuration, lists, libraries, and workflows.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance practices.

Preferred

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

Work Schedule & Location

• Standard business hours (Monday-Friday).

• Hybrid work arrangement (onsite and remote).

• Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required with prior approval.

• Any travel or related expenses are the responsibility of the contractor/vendor unless pre-approved.
