  • Deliver in-person technical training, including verbal and written knowledge checks to verify comprehension and procedural adherence
  • Deliver remote training using technical documentation, engineering drawings, models, simulators, and system walkthroughs
  • Train employees to correctly execute released manufacturing, process, and system procedures
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and convert complex technical content into effective training
  • Design and develop training materials and structured training packages aligned with adult learning principles
  • Create system-level training covering system architecture, functional operation, and hardware/software interfaces
  • Support manufacturing training needs including new hire onboarding, NPI, sub-assembly training, and career development
  • Assist Technical Writers in verifying procedure accuracy, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Support learning management, documentation, and training tracking systems
  • Identify legacy or incomplete training content requiring enhancement, modernization, or redevelopment

Qualifications

8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree.

Technical background in the semiconductor or technical manufacturing field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven ability to design, write, and develop technical curriculum and instructional materials
  • Demonstrated success delivering effective training to manufacturing and engineering audiences
  • Strong ability to gather, organize, and present complex technical information clearly
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, systems, and tools
  • Knowledge of training development, learning evaluation, and performance reinforcement methods
  • Familiarity with manufacturing training drivers including safety, quality, product training, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with LMS platforms preferred
