POSITION HIRING FOR: ADVANCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: HIGHWAY 61

SHIFT: 1ST

JOB DETAILS

In an Advanced Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs related to production equipment, plant facilities, and environmental systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs production and any specialized equipment involving:

  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Power Transmission, Lubrication and Pumps
  • Instrument/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot)
  • Piping and plumbing
  • Electrical Theory
  • MechanicalOperations
  • Motors, Automation and Robotics(Maintain and Repair)
  • Paint Oven Process Heating, Paint Oven Controls and Troubles

Work Environment/ Physical Conditions:

  • Dust, fumes and noise are commonplace
  • Seasonal fluctuations in temperatures and humidity are expected
  • Stand and/or work for up to 10-hours per day
  • Lift and carry up to 40lbs on a continuous basis

Experience Needed:

  • Preferably a minimum of4yearsofexperiencein an industrial or military setting focusing onelectro-mechanical maintenance,electricaland power distribution,electronics,pneumatic, hydraulic,mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives and programmable controllers.

Education and/or Required Training:

  • No prior education or training is required.
  • Must successfully meet the benchmark of skill assessment.
