Job Title: Adobe AEP Data Modeler / Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe AEP Data Modeler / Analyst with hands-on Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data ingestion, modeling, and activation across Adobe and third-party systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement data modeling strategies for customer segmentation, personalization, and activation across channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and AEP Architects to align AEP capabilities with marketing analytics and customer experience goals.
• Support developers in setting up data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and activating customer data using AEP tools such as:
  • Data Collection
  • Data Lake
  • Identity Services
• Support developers in designing and implementing schemas using XDM (Experience Data Model) while ensuring data governance and compliance.
• Provide best practices for:
  • New channel/source onboarding into AEP
  • Data modeling
  • Data privacy and CDP implementation
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end users and stakeholders.
• Perform data validation for ingested data and pipeline validations against source systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide documentation and implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in data platforms and relevant domain expertise.
• 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
• 1–2 years of hands-on AEP development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Data modeling
  • Schema structures
• Experience with data ingestion processes using JSON and XML for CDP platforms.
• Experience with:
  • Data warehousing
  • Data modeling
  • Data quality best practices
• Experience designing and developing data pipelines and integrations using AEP.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data governance
  • Security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve:
  • Data quality issues
  • Performance bottlenecks
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and data science teams to enhance customer experience.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations including:
  • GDPR
  • CCPA
  • DPDP Act
• Ability to analyze data trends and provide business intelligence recommendations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Marketing Data Lakes on platforms such as:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform.
