Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega System Architect (LSA) to design and deliver complex, enterprise-scale Pega solutions for Banking, Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance domains. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure scalability and compliance, and mentor high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular architecture principles.
• Define and implement reusable components and frameworks to support long-term product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives in financial services and insurance.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design and code reviews, ensuring domain-specific compliance, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems, including:
  • Payment gateways
  • Trading platforms
  • Insurance data providers
• Drive adoption of Pega DevOps pipelines and CI/CD best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of Pega development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Pega CLSA certification – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Pega Infinity, including:
  • Constellation UX
  • DX APIs
  • DevOps pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Common Data Model (CDM) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance environments.

• Senior technical leader with hands-on Pega architecture experience
• Strong domain knowledge in regulated financial environments
