Assignment DescriptionThis is an estimated
two-week onsite assignment. Speaking Spanish is a plus but
not required. Interviews are this week.
Work Responsibilities- Configure and support iPad devices in a plant environment.
- Assist End Users in setting up and using QR code configurations (approximately 10 per hour).
- Support the setup of login accounts requiring multiple security steps along with QR code use (approximately 6 per hour).
- If applicable, update and configure a Surface Hub using provided instructions (approximately 8 hours per device).
- Follow detailed configuration instructions accurately.
- Provide general technical support to the end-user community.
Requirements- Steel-toed shoes are required due to plant environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Experience with Windows, device configuration, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience LevelWork ScheduleThe site operates
three shifts, 24 hours per day. This project is focused on completing remaining end-user configurations from a prior visit, and shift assignments for individual end users are not known in advance.
- Day 1 (02/23/26): Normal business hours for orientation, training, and badging.
- Starting Day 2: Technicians may be asked to work earlier or later to reach users across all three shifts.
- Most work will occur on 1st shift, followed by 2nd shift.
- 3rd shift coverage will only be required for a small number of users and for a limited number of days.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
