Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EHR Helpdesk Analyst to provide advanced technical support for the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system across multiple behavioral healthcare facilities. The role is focused on resolving IT issues for clinical and administrative staff while enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Epic applications, workflows, and integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and account issues related to Epic and other clinical systems.
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues and manage incident resolution in accordance with SLAs.
  • Assist with Epic user account provisioning, password resets, and basic application troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with clinical informatics and technical teams to ensure coordinated support.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of Epic technical support experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of EHR platforms, particularly Epic.
  • Epic certification in modules like EpicCare or Service Desk is highly desired.
  • Experience supporting Epic applications such as Ambulatory or Inpatient is a plus.
