DTS is looking for ADMS Engineer  for our client position in Jackson, MI

Job Description:

Lead the design, development, integration, and support of solutions within Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) product suite, maintaining architectural consistency, integration standards, and product-specific engineering best practices.

Duties:

• ADMS Product Suite Alignment — Ensure all software engineering work aligns with the Emerson / OSI / Aspen Tech ADMS product suite, including architectural consistency, integration patterns, and productspecific technical standards.
• Agile & CleanCode Leadership — Lead Agile practices and champion cleancoding standards across the product lifecycle, mentoring junior and midlevel engineers.
• Technical Direction — Drive architectural and technical strategy, ensuring the team understands and implements core engineering concepts.
• Architectural DecisionMaking — Make significant systemlevel decisions that support performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Business Context Alignment — Translate business objectives into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• EndtoEnd Solution Ownership — Maintain system reliability, resolve production issues, and contribute directly to product development velocity.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration — Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
• Additional Responsibilities — Perform other duties as assigned to support product and organizational needs.

• ADMS Domain Expertise — Understanding of ADMS concepts, utility operational workflows, and the Emerson/OSI/AspenTech ecosystem
