Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both the functional and technical aspects of Oracle Cloud PLM, with particular expertise in Product Development (PD), Product Data Hub (PDH), Redwood UX, data migration, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle APEX.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, testing teams, and customer teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful delivery and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Support and implement Oracle Redwood UX capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Develop and support applications using Oracle APEX.
• Design and execute data migration and conversion activities from legacy PLM systems into Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Develop functional design specifications, technical documentation, deployment documents, and other project deliverables.
• Participate in HLD, LLD, and solution architecture activities.
• Perform design reviews, code reviews, and recommend technical improvements and refactoring.
• Troubleshoot application, build, deployment, integration, and production issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Support production and non-production environments, including monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Work with testing teams to review test scenarios, test plans, defects, and results.
• Support release and deployment activities and monitor successful implementation.
• Work with external systems and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs where required.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage assigned user stories and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to development and testing teams.
• Communicate design decisions, technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and project status to stakeholders.
• Work directly with customer architects and business stakeholders to finalize requirements and solution designs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development efficiency, quality, and maintainability.
• Contribute to reusable technical assets, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Oracle Cloud PLM

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Strong experience with Product Development (PD).
• Strong experience with Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Understanding of PLM business processes and product lifecycle management.

Oracle Technical Skills

• Strong Oracle SQL experience.
• Strong PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience developing with Oracle APEX.
• Experience with data loading and data migration tools.
• Experience troubleshooting production and deployment issues.

UX & Integration

• Experience with Oracle Redwood UX.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with external systems.

Delivery & Support

• Experience with production support and defect resolution.
• Experience with performance troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience with deployment and release management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating technical and functional documentation.

Functional / Domain Experience

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
