We’re hiring an Estimator for the coatings division of a global construction and industrial services company. You’ll build cost estimates for complex industrial coating projects across water/wastewater treatment, tanks, structural steel, bridges, and government infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build accurate cost estimates using PlanSwift and On-Screen Takeoff (OST).

• Quantify labor, materials, and project specifications from blueprints and site evaluations

• Solicit and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Collaborate with PMs, sales, and operations on bid compliance and profitability

• Solve access and coating challenges independently

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience

• Expertise in commercial/industrial coatings and surface preparation

• Proficient with: PlanSwift and On-Screen Takeoff or similar such as Bluebeam, Procore, etc.

• Plus: AutoCAD, Salesforce, SSPC/NACE/AMPP, or OSHA certifications
