Sr. Business Solutions Analyst (Architecture Analyst)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager to support the Development and Deployment of a Restricted Web Presence and content management system for the Military OneSource program. Must be familiar with leading teams and managing projects within an Agyle framework. We seek a clear communicator, natural leader, and a self-starter!

Job Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for monitoring project progress and budget against established timeline
• Reviews all artifacts for quality and on-time delivery
• Prepares feedback reports and communication status with Optum Serve on mutually agreed occurrence
• Coordinates and facilitates client review and feedback meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs Responsible for writing and managing business requirements and stories
• Prepares training materials and knowledge transition to Optum Serve content editors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and systems development
• Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• 1+ years managing large scale projects and user testing
• Ability to author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferences:

• 1+ years’ experience implementing content management solutions

Note: Due to contractual requirements with the Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship may be mandatory for this position.
