Industrial HVAC Technician (Contract) | Data Center Operations

We are hiring experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians for a contract assignment supporting advanced cooling infrastructure in a data center environment. This role offers competitive pay, steady work, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading Trane equipment.
Pay:
- Mid-Level HVAC Technician: $38-$42/hour
- Senior HVAC Technician: $45-$50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days per week
Start Date: Mid-July
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
- Respond to service calls, work orders, and emergency maintenance requests.
- Support critical cooling infrastructure in a data center environment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Assist with system optimization and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience in industrial facilities, data centers, or other critical environments is a plus
- Experience with Trane equipment preferred
