Summary

Sr. Data Modeler

Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC

Skills Required:

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Build fact & dimension tables (Star/Snowflake schemas)
Implement SCD Type 1 & Type 2
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into models
Create data dictionaries, lineage, and metadata
Optimize query performance in Snowflake / Redshift
Develop pipelines using Azure Data Factory / AWS Glue
Work with Databricks (PySpark) and big data processing
Build data lakes (S3 / ADLS Gen2)
Implement ETL/ELT workflows
Optimize performance and cost
Handle batch & real-time ingestion
Build ELT pipelines in Snowflake
Design analytical schemas
Implement RBAC, secure views, masking
Optimize warehouse performance & clustering
