We are seeking a
Business Analyst with strong experience supporting
LIMS platforms and large-scale
data migration and system implementation projects. This role partners closely with laboratory, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, support implementations, and deliver effective training to ensure successful adoption.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business and functional requirements for LIMS solutions.
- Support implementation and enhancement of Clinisys, STARLIMS, and/or LabWare.
- Lead and support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and cutover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and deliver training plans, materials, and end-user documentation.
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms (Clinisys, STARLIMS, LabWare).
- 8+ years supporting data migration and system implementation projects.
- 8+ years creating and executing training plans and materials.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulated or laboratory environments preferred.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
