Required Qualifications / Experience
We are seeking a CC&B Environment Coordinator to manage environments for end-to-end testing activities for applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with industry standards, and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise, experience in test planning and execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination.
• CC&B Experience: Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or Oracle Billing Cloud Service (BCS) and testing or development for CC&B or BCS projects.
• Oracle CC&B: Deep understanding of the product, its data model, and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Databases: Strong SQL, PL/SQL experience and Oracle Database knowledge.
• Automation/Scheduling: Experience with tools like UC4/Automic. Familiarity with Jenkins is often required.
• Scripting/Code Development: Experience with Unix or Windows script development.
• Utilities Domain: Understanding of utility business processes (billing, meter reading, customer service).
Key Responsibilities
• CC&B Experience: Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or Oracle Billing Cloud Service (BCS) and testing or development for CC&B or BCS projects.
• Environment Management: Setting up, maintaining, and refreshing development, testing, and production instances of Oracle CC&B or Oracle BCS.
• Application Support: Managing technical aspects, including server configurations, data extracts, and application performance. Experience with Unix or Windows script development and troubleshooting.
• Batch Job Management: Monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled jobs
• Integration Support: Working with APIs, SQL, and other tools to connect CC&B with other systems.
• Upgrades & Patches: Preparing and executing upgrades in test environments before production deployment.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly. Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
