Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a consultant to support a capability gap assessment initiative. This individual will serve as a data collection and analytics focal point, supporting onsite workshops, documenting identified gaps, developing business justifications, and preparing findings for leadership review. This engagement is expected to continue through December 31, 2026, with travel required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze capability gap data.
- Support onsite workshops and cross-functional stakeholder discussions.
- Document, track, and manage identified capability gaps.
- Develop supporting justifications and recommendations.
- Prepare findings for adjudication and operational steering committee review.
- Assist with developing and formatting a capability gap assessment playbook.
- Coordinate with program leads, engineering teams, and subject-matter experts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data analytics, business analysis, operational analysis, or a related area.
- Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating workshops or cross-functional assessment activities.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business justifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel for onsite workshops, which may include St. Louis and Huntsville.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter or Siemens Opcenter.
- Knowledge of ERP, MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), PLM, or PDM (Product Data Management) platforms and processes.
- Previous capability gap assessment or manufacturing experience.
