Join our innovative team as a Full Stack Java Lead Developer for a high-impact, long-term contract in the Bay Area, CA. Lead the development of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and drive end-to-end solutions from design to deployment. This fully onsite role requires hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full stack development using Java backend and modern frontend frameworks.

• Architect microservices, APIs, and database integrations for enterprise-scale apps.

• Mentor 3-5 developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps for seamless CI/CD pipelines.

• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in Full Stack Java development; 3+ years in lead/architect roles.

• Core Stack: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA; React.js/Angular/Vue.js; RESTful APIs, Microservices.

• Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB with advanced SQL/NoSQL skills.

• Tools/DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform; Git, Maven/Gradle.

• Proven Agile/Scrum leadership with experience in high-traffic applications.
