We are looking for an Oracle HCM Developer with experience in Oracle HCM Cloud to develop, customize, and support HCM applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and experience working with HR modules and integrations.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Payroll, or Benefits.
Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
Experience developing integrations using HDL, HCM Data Loader, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting production issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
