Job Description :

We are seeking a technically strong AI Engineer with expertise in Python, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and develop intelligent AI agents for manufacturing and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agent workflows using modern AI frameworks, a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and familiarity with Tulip's Physical AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
  • Build Agentic AI workflows utilizing LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, APIs, and automation frameworks.
  • Develop clean, scalable, and well-tested Python applications following software engineering best practices.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
  • Integrate AI agents with Tulip's Physical AI platform for manufacturing and industrial automation use cases.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs, JSON services, and external integrations.
  • Create unit tests, validate AI agent behavior, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered manufacturing solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Python Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Python libraries.
  • Good understanding of software testing, debugging, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with Tulip Physical AI platform is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
