Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in the Eightfold AI platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design, along with strong technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

This role requires someone who can independently manage issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide high-quality technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Provide end-to-end technical support for the Eightfold AI platform and related integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Eightfold modules, including:

Analyze application logs, API responses, and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
Work with SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting requirements.
Handle API integrations, payload validations, and JSON data troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Monitor ticket queues, prioritize incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities when required.
Independently own and drive technical issues through resolution with minimal supervision. Required Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with Eightfold AI and its modules: Talent Acquisition Talent Management Talent Design
Strong knowledge of:
SQL JSON REST APIs API troubleshooting and integrations Experience working in a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support, or Production Support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
Experience with HR Tech or Talent Intelligence platforms.
Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Understanding of SaaS application architecture.
Experience supporting enterprise-level customers or global teams.

Mandatory skills*

Experience with Eightfold AI (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Design), SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and technical/application support.
Desired skills*

Experience with HR Tech/SaaS platforms, ticketing & monitoring tools, and supporting enterprise-level or global customers.
