DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to be a pivotal driver of our revenue engine. This role is essential for delivering actionable insights, optimizing our end-to-end sales processes, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem-solver with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS environments and a proven track record of translating complex data into strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advanced Analytics & Strategic Insights Develop and maintain scalable, forward-looking dashboards and performance measurement frameworks to guide leadership decisions.
Lead deep-dive analyses into key revenue drivers, including pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, win/loss trends, sales cycle length, and customer retention/expansion behaviors.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Present data-driven narratives and recommendations that support and influence strategic decision-making.
Sales Compensation & Performance Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to design, model, and implement effective sales compensation and incentive plans.
Analyze the performance and ROI of compensation plans, connecting attainment levels with pay and incentive outcomes.
Develop and manage processes for quota setting, territory allocation, and coverage modeling to ensure market alignment and equitable opportunity.
Serve as the subject matter expert on sales compensation metrics, terminology, and best practices.
Forecasting & Planning Support the annual planning process by providing data-driven models and analysis for quota setting, territory design, and headcount planning.
Standardize and refine ongoing forecasting processes.
Manage the forecast cadence, providing executive-level roll-ups and insights into forecast trends and risks.
Process & Infrastructure Optimization Design, document, and improve critical lead-to-cash workflows, territory/account assignment rules, and other critical process needs.
Establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices across the revenue tech stack.
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing CRM processes, improving data quality, and ensuring go-to-market readiness.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM functions in a complex B2B environment (SaaS preferred).
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and a strong understanding of the broader revenue tech stack (e.g., Clari, Outreach, Gong, Looker, ZoomInfo).
Exceptional analytical skills with mastery of Excel / Google Sheets; proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Deep understanding of core SaaS KPIs and metrics
Proven ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong, hands-on approach to execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build compelling, data-backed narratives for an executive audience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Direct experience with sales compensation plan design, modeling, and performance analysis.
Prior ownership of commission tracking and reporting processes.
Experience working across multiple GTM segments (e.g., SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, PLG, Channel/Partner).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and frameworks.
Prior involvement in board-level reporting, long-range planning, or territory/quota design cycles.

The annual starting salary for this position is $68,000.00-$85,000.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 02/25/2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
This role is remote. Candidates must currently reside in and be eligible for employment in one of our hub cities: San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta or Seattle.Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available for this role
