Epic Patient Access Analyst

We're seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst to support key initiatives centered on patient access optimization and operational efficiency.

Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Location: Primarily remote, with 1 onsite trip per month preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support build, optimization, and integration within the Epic Patient Access space
• Utilize expertise and certifications in Prelude and Cadence (core required)
• Certification in RTE or Proficient experience with RTE and NOA
• Configure and manage Referrals and Authorizations processes
• Develop electronic consents, smartforms, and workqueues, including build and maintenance
• Drive improvements to payer plan integration

Qualifications:

• Certified in Epic Prelude and Cadence
• Experienced with RTE, NOA, Referrals, Authorizations, and workqueues management
• Strong communicator with a collaborative and coaching mindset
• Comfortable balancing remote work with light monthly travel
