Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote (Onsite visit required at project initiation)
Duration: 4 Months (Extension Likely)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience delivering scalable, data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps).
• Build and maintain client-facing websites and forms using Power Apps Portals (Power Pages).
• Manage application lifecycle across multiple environments (Development, Staging, Production).
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams for process modeling and data validation design.
• Gather and analyze data requirements with stakeholders to support process models.
• Ensure application processes remain aligned with evolving business processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist Business Analysts in requirement analysis and technical feasibility assessments.
• Provide regular updates, demonstrations, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Support enhancements, new feature development, and future release planning.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor s degree with 8 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Experience aligning product roadmaps with business and customer objectives.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas Apps)
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Power Pages (Portals)
  • Portal Management
  • Power Apps Pipelines
• Strong experience working within an Azure environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse (data modeling, architecture, and table management).
• Development experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Expertise in large-scale data management and data modeling.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Angular and AI-assisted software development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing and implementing data models in Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience developing SharePoint-based applications using Power Apps.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations and data exchange interfaces.
• Experience building modern pages in SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level application architecture and governance best practices.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Must be currently located in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a Level 4 Public Trust Clearance.
