Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts and expand relationships with DOT, municipal, and transportation clients.
- Lead growth initiatives and help build the Ohio bridge practice.
- Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, scopes, and fee estimates.
- Provide technical oversight and quality leadership for bridge and transportation structure projects.
- Mentor and manage bridge engineering staff.
- Collaborate with transportation teams across multiple regions.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.
Qualifications
- PE license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Candidates with 12+ years or Bridge Engineering Design experience and a strong business development background will be considered
- Proven success developing client relationships and winning transportation projects.
- Experience working with DOTs, local agencies, and transportation infrastructure clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
