Job Details

*80% Business Development Responsibilities and 20% Engineering Management Responsibilities*
*Remote within OH due to business development needs*

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts and expand relationships with DOT, municipal, and transportation clients.
  • Lead growth initiatives and help build the Ohio bridge practice.
  • Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, scopes, and fee estimates.
  • Provide technical oversight and quality leadership for bridge and transportation structure projects.
  • Mentor and manage bridge engineering staff.
  • Collaborate with transportation teams across multiple regions.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.

Qualifications
  • PE license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Candidates with 12+ years or Bridge Engineering Design experience and a strong business development background will be considered
  • Proven success developing client relationships and winning transportation projects.
  • Experience working with DOTs, local agencies, and transportation infrastructure clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
