We are hiring an experienced
Data Scientist for a highly visible temporary opportunity in Arden Hills, MN. This role focuses on building advanced AI and machine learning solutions that improve post-market complaint handling and business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in
LLM engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy data science models and AI solutions in production environments
- Build and optimize RAG systems and Large Language Model workflows
- Analyze large datasets to improve product quality, operations, and customer outcomes
- Create custom algorithms, predictive models, and automated analytics tools
- Evaluate model accuracy, retrieval quality, and business impact
- Partner with Quality, IT, Engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Maintain secure and compliant data systems across cloud platforms
- Support regulatory workflows through accurate classification and reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, vector databases, AWS, Azure
- Proven success deploying LLM / RAG solutions in production settings
- Experience with machine learning evaluation, model monitoring, and error analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Local candidates preferred
