Engineering technology leadership
Ability to lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code
Strong technical credibility with development teams
Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices
Executive and stakeholder communication skills

AI / GenAI enablement and adoption
SRE transformation and operational excellence
Engineering productivity and SDLC modernization
Architecture reviews and technical governance
Preferred Technical Exposure:
AI / GenAI (OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions)
SRE / Observability

DevOps and CI/CD
Modern application architecture
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
Cloud expertise (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A senior engineering leader who can engage executives, lead engineering teams, drive technology transformation initiatives, and provide hands-on technical guidance when required. AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable. Cloud expertise is considered a secondary requirement
