We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior Structural Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that will challenge you and provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience while pushing you to grow and develop in new areas. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex structural systems that will revolutionize the Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Structural Engineer, you will:

1. Assist in the design and development of structural systems, ensuring they comply with national design codes, AISC, ASCE, and Welding standards.
2. Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions to complex structural problems.
3. Conduct structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and other materials using various design software.
4. Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, and circuit diagrams.
5. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project progress, potential risks, and solutions to overcome obstacles.
6. Ensure all designs and projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Work closely with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to resolve any issues that arise.
8. Continually update and improve knowledge and skills in structural engineering and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of national design codes, AISC, ASCE, and Welding.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
6. Proficient in using structural design software.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
