Job: Senior Salesforce Developer (Velocity & Order Management )
Location: Remote

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our Velocity Order Management (OM) team, to lead design, development, and optimization of scalable, enterprise-level solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Velocity (Industries CPQ / Communications Cloud), and Order Management to build robust product catalogues and seamless integrations with external backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions across Velocity CPQ, Velocity Order Management (OM)

- Write high-performance Apex, Triggers, and Batch classes following best practices,  multi-tenant guardrails, and security standards

- Design and implement secure REST APIs to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, billing engines, and enterprise data platforms

- Utilize GitHub and Harness.io to ensure smooth code deployment, code quality, and release management

- Partner with technical leads, technical program managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

- Participate in critical technical escalations and bugs and resolve within SLA

Required Qualifications:

- 7–8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications

- 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, including a deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Apex and REST API development

- Build real-time integration points connecting Velocity Order Management with external ERP, billing (e.g., Zuora), and network provisioning platforms

- Good understanding of the Communications Cloud data model and telecom-specific business processes

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- 2+ years of direct experience building solutions with Velocity/Salesforce Industries, including Omni Script, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, LWC, CPQ and OM

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), Integration Architecture Designer, System Architect, or Velocity / Omni Studio Certifications

- Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub and Harness.io, alongside familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
