Most shifts follow standard weekday hours, but

What You'll DoThis is a true
entry-level IT role with structured training and daily hands-on exposure.
In this position, you will:
- Respond to and manage IT support tickets
- Assist users via email, chat, and in-person support
- Troubleshoot common IT issues, including:
- Password resets and login problems
- WiFi and connectivity issues
- Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
- Collaborate closely with senior technicians to build foundational IT skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
