What We're Looking For

• At least 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, Computer Science/IT degree, bootcamp, etc.)
• Strong interest in developing technical troubleshooting and hardware support skills
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule

We operate in a 24/7 environment.
Most shifts follow standard weekday hours, but flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends is highly valued and may open additional opportunities.

What You'll Do

This is a true entry-level IT role with structured training and daily hands-on exposure.
In this position, you will:

• Respond to and manage IT support tickets
• Assist users via email, chat, and in-person support
• Troubleshoot common IT issues, including:
  • Password resets and login problems
  • WiFi and connectivity issues
  • Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
• Collaborate closely with senior technicians to build foundational IT skills

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
