RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager in Chicago, IL.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
* Oversee configuration of objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, automations and integrations with third-party systems; Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
* Lead or support Salesforce-related projects, including enhancements, migrations, and integrations; Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
* Monitor system performance, deploy Salesforce updates and ensure data integrity and compliance
* Maintain documentation for system architecture and processes; Ensure that development adheres to best practices and complies with security and data standards
* Work with internal teams or external partners to ensure high-quality configuration and code
* Standard Operating Procedures: Identify, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents to keep department and institutional knowledge current
REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce Administration skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, and all levels of management
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with minimal direction
* Ability to learn new software and applications independently
* Superior organizational and time management to meet deadlines
* Attentive to detail while able to see the "big picture-
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Familiarity with integration tools/APIs (MuleSoft, and Talend, etc.)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
