In this fully remote position, you will design, build, and optimize operational and analytical reporting using Epic Cogito, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, and Clarity SQL.

responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and Radar dashboards.
• Write optimized SQL queries against Epic Clarity databases to support retrospective and operational reporting requirements.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and provide continuous production support.
• Partner with healthcare business and clinical stakeholders to translate requirement specifications into reliable technical solutions.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cogito Reporting Workbench (RWB) and Radar Dashboards.

2-3+ years of experience working with Epic Clarity and writing complex SQL queries.

Strong background in data validation, performance tuning, and technical documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Epic Certification or Accreditation in Cogito, RWB, or Clarity.

Experience with Epic Clinical, Financial, or Claims reporting modules.

Familiarity with Epic Registries, DataLink, or Cache/MUMPS interfaces.
