Job SummaryThe Engineering Technician II will support the Ft. Smith, Arkansas Engineering site in accomplishing engineering goals.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Creating and modifying drawings
- Coordinate with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met
- Review industry standards for requirements and compliance
- Create and modify BOM's and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with all functions of the business in driving quality and process improvement initiatives
- Will work closely with leaders on expediting documentation changes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Minimum Qualification:- Enrolled in an engineering or technical program
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualification:- Enrolled in an Engineering Program
- 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills with experience in IHP motor design and process desired
