Job Summary
The Engineering Technician II will support the Ft. Smith, Arkansas Engineering site in accomplishing engineering goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and modifying drawings
  • Coordinate with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met
  • Review industry standards for requirements and compliance
  • Create and modify BOM's and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing requirements
  • Collaborate with all functions of the business in driving quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Will work closely with leaders on expediting documentation changes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum Qualification:
  • Enrolled in an engineering or technical program
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualification:
  • Enrolled in an Engineering Program
  • 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills with experience in IHP motor design and process desired
