Seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a healthcare application evaluation and implementation-planning project. The TPM will coordinate clinical, operational, technical, cybersecurity, vendor, and executive stakeholders while ensuring the solution meets business, security, interoperability, and integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, governance, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams using Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead healthcare application evaluation, requirements gathering, vendor demos, POCs, and solution selection.
- Develop integration strategies for legacy EHR systems, APIs, data exchange, migration, and IAM.
- Coordinate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, clinical, and technical teams.
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and ATO requirements are addressed.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, risk reports, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of technical project management experience, preferably supporting federal/healthcare technology programs.
- Big 4 consulting company experience.
- Agile experties.
- Experience with software evaluation, implementation, enterprise integration, and SDLC.
- Strong experience managing technical teams and vendor engagements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office.
Preferred
- Healthcare IT, federal/military healthcare, EHR, cloud, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, or interoperability experience.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or Health IT certifications.
