Description

We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced conversational AI solutions in the banking domain. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring other members of team, and driving innovation in multi-modal conversational experiences.


Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and other platforms.

- Build and optimize Generative AI chatbots leveraging LLMs for dynamic, context-aware interactions.

- Implement multi-modal AI solutions including voice and text-based interactions.

- Monitor, review and mentor other members of team, providing technical guidance and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to deliver innovative conversational solutions.

- Stay current with emerging trends in conversational AI, generative AI, and multi-modal technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 3 years focused on conversational AI.

- Proven expertise in Amazon Lex and at least one other conversational AI platform.

- Hands-on experience building Generative AI chatbots using LLMs.

- Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development principles.

- Experience implementing multi-modal AI (voice + text) and speech-to-text technologies.

- Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or similar frameworks.

- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search.

- Exposure to banking domain use cases for conversational AI.

- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and entity extraction
