Role: Workday Consultant with HRIS
Location: Remote; But need locals of Bay Area, CA
Key Responsibilities
Technical consultant with hands-on Workday expertise and an understanding of Workday HCM functionalities
Responsible for post-go-live support, which includes troubleshooting existing processes, RaaS reports, EIBs, and technical configuration issues related to security groups and policies within Workday
Act as a subject matter expert(SME) and recommend and implement Workday best practices to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance.
Should be able to recommend industry best practices and develop production-ready code, such as EIBs, reports, or EDI file transfers to SFTP for vendor consumption
Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes as required
Qualifications
Techno-functional Consultant with10+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday, HRIS Systems.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, EIBs, RaaS,
Experience with Workday Security groups and policies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
