Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills & Experience - Deep expertise in brand strategy, including CVPs, messaging strategy, positioning, and naming.
- Proven consultative experience, ideally operating as a strategist embedded with business partners.
- Strong ability to:
- Ask the right questions
- Diagnose business needs
- Develop strategic recommendations
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior leaders
- Experience acting as a brand consultant or senior strategist (versus traditional marketing execution roles).
- Ability to think broadly about customer, market, and brand implications and guide LOBs accordingly.

What You Will Be Doing Serve as a strategic partner to LOBs, guiding them through brand aligned thinking and ensuring customer and brand insights are integrated into all strategy development.
Lead development of:
Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) Positioning statements and messaging architecture
Strategic narrative and rationale for positioning
Product and service naming in partnership with the Naming Center of Excellence.
Facilitate working sessions to uncover business needs, clarify goals, and define strategic approaches.
Evaluate business challenges and translate them into brand aligned strategic frameworks.
Work closely with cross functional partners to implement agreed upon strategies.
Quickly onboard into ongoing workstreams and maintain momentum with existing partners.
Represent the brand strategy function in strategic discussions with business leaders.
