Job Title: Product Manager

Required Qualifications:

Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and release plans.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement product solutions.
Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and operational workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and recommend enhancements.
Support integration efforts with enterprise systems and business applications.
Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Finance Operations, ERP Implementations, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and invoice-to-pay business processes.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product specifications.
Familiarity with ERP platforms and enterprise business applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
Knowledge of AP automation, workflow management, and intelligent document processing solutions.
Exposure to AI/ML-powered products, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
Understanding of tax, compliance, and financial controls processes.
