Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP TSW Consultant with strong SAP Oil & Gas expertise to support transportation scheduling, logistics, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP TSW, SAP TM, nominations, ticketing, carrier assignment, freight reconciliation, formula pricing, and SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP TSW solutions within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Manage transportation scheduling and logistics processes using SAP TSW and SAP TM.

• Support TSW nominations, ticketing, and related transportation processes.

• Configure and support SAP TM carrier assignment and freight reconciliation.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

• Support formula pricing for sales and purchase contracts used in TSW.

• Work with Transport and Distribution processes, including TAS interface integration.

• Support shipment cost processing and related logistics activities.

• Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and solution validation.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Oil & Gas experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP TSW experience.

• Strong experience with SAP TSW and SAP TM.

• Experience in transportation scheduling, logistics, and distribution processes.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • TSW Nominations

  • TSW Ticketing

  • SAP TM Carrier Assignment

  • Freight Reconciliation

  • Formula Pricing for Sales and Purchase Contracts

  • Shipment Cost Processing

  • TAS Interface

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

• Experience supporting training, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Houston, TX, five days per week.
