Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Lead test planning, test case design, test execution, and review activities to validate application functionality and compliance with requirements.
Develop and oversee automated and manual testing strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while coordinating with development teams to support timely resolution.
Monitor testing progress, assess quality risks, guide testing team activities, and communicate test results and release readiness to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including leadership of testing activities. Experience with test automation, end-to-end testing, test strategy development, and defect management is required.

Business / Domain Skills:
Experience validating enterprise financial services applications and complex business workflows through comprehensive end-to-end quality assurance.
Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Experience validating full-stack application functionality across user interfaces, application services, workflow processes, and data interactions.
Experience testing financial data processing and related application integrations, including systems supporting financial records and transaction workflows.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
