We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Support Engineer with basic knowledge of .NET technologies to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and assisting users in resolving technical problems. This is an excellent opportunity for Entry Level Candidates to build their careers in application support and enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Understanding of SQL Server and database queries.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and web applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Internship or academic project experience in .NET technologies.
