We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Grants Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion Grants Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with finance, research administration, sponsored programs, and IT stakeholders to streamline grant lifecycle management, improve compliance, and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly Grants Management, Project Financial Management, and related financial modules, along with strong implementation and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Grants Management implementations from discovery through post-production support.
  • Gather and document business requirements related to grant budgeting, funding, billing, cost tracking, compliance, and reporting.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Grants Management and related Oracle Fusion Cloud modules to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design integrated solutions across:
    • Grants Management
    • Project Financial Management
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Procurement
    • Budgetary Control
  • Support grant lifecycle processes including:
    • Proposal-to-award
    • Award management
    • Funding allocation
    • Indirect cost calculations
    • Grant billing and revenue recognition
    • Compliance and audit reporting
    • Closeout processes
  • Assist clients with data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion best practices and industry-standard grant management processes.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems including payroll, procurement, budgeting, and research administration platforms.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live production support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Grants Management experience.
  • Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of grants accounting principles and compliance requirements.

  • Project costing
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
