Not a PM looking at a SDLC

Good Presentation skills - building and delivery presentations to sr. executives
RIAD Management - (Risk, issues, assumptions, dependencies)
Well-rounded demeanor
Will be working with all sorts of folks - will need to communicate back and forth and be flexible with their messaging and day to day.

Upgrading everyone''s corporate Mobile phones
Engage with Sr. Stakeholders to engage requirements
Who is getting what, who is getting
Then plot out the migration schedules
Negotiate, build out plane and build out rollout requirements
Will need to react to feedback, issues, risks, etc
