Senior Data Scientist
Location: Local to Boston (Must submit DL copy)
Duration: 6+ Months
MOI: Skype
Client domain: Healthcare

Must have Healthcare exp.
Level/Experience:
- Requires 7+ years of experience
- Looking for a more senior, hands-on contributor
Core Skillsets:
- Strong background in A/B testing, statistics, and experimental design
- Experience with machine learning and modeling
- NLP / text data experience is a strong plus
Technical Stack:
- Primary: Python, Snowflake, Databricks
- Nice-to-have: PySpark
- Future environment may include Google Cloud Platform tools (migration planned around early 2027)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer/patient engagement across multiple communication channels, including:
- Call center data
- SMS/text messaging
- App-based interactions (chatbots, digital engagement)
- Generate insights to improve customer communication and experience
- Partner closely with cross-functional business teams
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Additional Notes:
This role will not be directly involved in the Google Cloud Platform migration, but should be adaptable to a changing tech environment.
