Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and extensive hands-on Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Salesforce architecture, and enterprise-level implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Salesforce experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM / SFDC

• Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex

• Excellent experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Strong knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce

• Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL

• Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and automation

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Object Relationships

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, CRUD/FLS

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise applications.

• Develop scalable Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations.

• Lead technical implementation and provide development guidance to junior developers.

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and governor limits.

• Review code and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

• Develop comprehensive test classes and maintain high code coverage.

• Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA, and technical teams.

• Participate in technical design, estimation, code reviews, and solution discussions.

• Document technical designs, integrations, and implementation procedures.
