Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Lead to support a high-tech telecom client. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end supply chain planning operations, drive system integrations, and support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning ecosystem.

This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, subcontract manufacturing processes, system integrations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the Oracle Cloud Supply Planning team and oversee end-to-end supply chain planning operations
• Manage planning activities within a high-tech telecom environment
• Support subcontract manufacturing planning processes
• Monitor daily planning activities and ensure accurate demand signals are transmitted to global contract manufacturing partners
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure planning efficiency and operational execution

System Integration & Technical Development

• Integrate Oracle Cloud Supply Planning with external ERP systems such as SAP
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Planning systems and Snowflake for analytics and reporting
• Support Machine Learning integrations with custom applications for AI-driven demand forecasting
• Configure and manage Apache Airflow DAG scheduler for workflow automation and job scheduling

Supply Chain Operations

• Onboard and manage multiple Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners within Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning
• Execute and analyze multiple supply planning scenarios to compare business outcomes
• Monitor and validate inbound data files from CM partners and SAP ERP systems
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve planning, data collection, and integration issues

Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency
• Design and implement automation solutions for supply chain processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization based on business needs and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning implementations and support
• Experience working in high-tech, telecom, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of subcontract manufacturing and supply chain planning operations
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with SAP and other enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake integrations and reporting solutions
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow and workflow automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-based demand forecasting solutions
• Strong understanding of supply chain automation and process optimization
• Experience supporting global contract manufacturing operations
