NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Ai Business Analyst to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey.

The AI Business Analyst ensures AI initiatives deliver real business value by translating business needs into clear technical requirements and driving adoption across stakeholders.

This role is critical to bridging AI innovation and enterprise reality.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead business analysis for AI and GenAI initiatives

· Elicit, document, and manage AI-specific requirements

· Translate business objectives into AI use cases, KPIs, and success metrics

· Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams throughout delivery

· Support UAT, change management, and user enablement

· Track value realization and adoption metrics

· Act as liaison between business, risk, and technical teams

Minimum Skills Required: Required Qualifications

· 5+ years in business analysis or product roles

· Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives

· Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

· Agile delivery experience

What Differentiates Strong Candidates

· Experience in financial services AI initiatives

· Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or compliance considerations

· Experience measuring AI ROI

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $60-$77.20/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
